Bloomington Public Schools Closed 1/23/18
ALL Bloomington Public Schools will be closed today, Jan. 23, 2018.

This includes all pre-school, early childhood, Early Learners Academy, and special education programs. There will be no bus transportation to any school-related programs outside of Bloomington. Staff do not need to report to work.

The decision is based on the safety of our students and the ability of our school buses to get students to and from school safely. We understand from our partners at the City of Bloomington that most residential streets will not be plowed in time to safely get school buses into the area to pick up students. Primary and secondary roads are the first priority for city plows before residential areas.

Thank you.
